Welcome to Christ Our Foundation Ministry!
COFM is a Christian community that gathers and serves at 7171 North Lindbergh Boulevard, Hazelwood, MO 63119 on Sunday mornings at 10:00 a.m. We gather as a community once a week for prayers, celebrations, songs, and learning, as well as to feel the care and belonging of God's love in the community.
When you visit COFM, you can expect to be welcomed into a warm, cheerful environment by individuals who are truly happy to see you. Our goal is to share the boundless and everlasting love of Christ with everyone we come in contact with, whether it is through conversation or by spending time together.
We are a diverse community that holds the conviction that God delights in variety and so we embrace all people of every age, race, creed, or economic status. We want you to have a sense of belonging at COFM because we believe you do.

OUR VISION
We believe that the church should operate as the hands and feet of Jesus, giving and providing compassion to those in need. We exist to connect people to Jesus by attracting and winning souls, developing them to Christ-like maturity, empowering them through the dynamics of the Holy Spirit, and mobilizing them for a meaningful ministry in the church and a life mission in the world in each stage and segment of their lives. We are committed to spreading God’s love locally, nationally, and internationally through Mission efforts.
